Slick the tyres, ( a pet hate). But pictures on a sunny day will probably help more than you realise compared to an identical car with pictures on a gloomy day.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

I hate tyre slick; don't do it; makes the car look tacky and touched up.0

car is worth more without the Gas conversion.
Would it cost much to remove it?0 -
1.6 are crap on fuel - hence the lpg.
But Technical Grey is nice when clean and its a sunny day.
3 door SXi will apeal to quite a few people, mainly kids.0 -

Are you sure? Yes it'll mean there's no spare wheel, but it cuts the fuel cost by about half and you can always just not use it.0 -
There is a spare wheel in the ad, a spacesaver that fits over that dirty ring in the boot carpet.
Probably a combination of price and the time of year means fewer buyers.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

Never had any problems buying or selling cars on ebay.
I would always go and see the vehicle before bidding though and i wouldnt pay a deposit up front. I would bid or buy it and give the seller a date usually a day or 2 or the weekend at most. If the seller was not happy with no deposit then i wouldnt buy from them.
If your feeling brave you could always reduce the price considerably and see what it sells for. But thats risky.
I bought something for about £80? and didnt use it, it sat there for many months then i sold it starting at 99p with just one bid.
And as the buyer lived close to where i was going to be delivering a few days later i even delivered it for them.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Another thing that would put me off (apart from the short MoT and LPG) is the daft price £2899 ?? are you a wannabe back street trader? If you want £2900 then put that in the ad; it looks far more honest. I avoid all private adds that have a price ending in xx95 and especailly xx99 !! Looks like the seller is a dodgy bloke on the make.0
