Are you 100% that the second buyer has posted the goods back to you? If not, ebay may also have told them to keep them.
George Michael, you are scaring me, lol. This is the email I got from eBay. It seems like a lot of copy and pasting as one of the paragraphs is repeated twice.....
After reviewing your buyer's original complaint we decided that the best option was to have the buyer return the item to you in order to receive a full refund. To allow us to verify that the item has been sent back to you we have asked the buyer to provide us with tracking information for the return of your item.
We issued a full refund of £47.50 on 30 Jul, 2015 to the buyer. As described in the eBay Money Back Guarantee programme, the refund includes the purchase price plus original postage & packaging. This amount will be deducted from your PayPal account or charged to your preferred reimbursement payment method. The hold on this PayPal transaction has been removed. This case is closed.
Based on the tracking result available we can see that the parcel is currently on its way to the return address you supplied and should be with you in the next few days. As the buyer has provided us with confirmation that the item is on its way back to you we will now close the case in favour of your buyer and issue them with a full refund of £27.50 on 30 Jul, 2015. As described in the eBay Money Back Guarantee programme, the refund includes the purchase price plus original postage & packaging. This amount will be deducted from your PayPal account or charged to your preferred reimbursement payment method. The hold on this PayPal transaction has been removed. This case is closed.
Decision:
This case has been decided in the buyer's favour.

The buyer claimed that the item doesn't match its description.
You can also view the details of this case in the Resolution Centre.0 -
You might want to check your extended dashboard, I am not entirely sure but think you have said two cases have been ruled against you, in which case your seller resolution stats will possibly be used up if you are a low seller.0

I think it's a bit pants that folk can just change their mind and claim the item was not as described just like that. Is this normal?
Ebay 2015, you buy something, whine to ebay and then get it for nothing.
Happy days!"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Sorry this has happened to you Mimi, I think you should name and shame so we can all block the moose!I Hate Jobsworths!!!0

Okay. So the item came back today. The box is squashed beyond belief. It smells like fried food or curry. And the product has definitely been used. I can see the product on the lid.
What can I do now or is that just tough tits to me?0 -
You can appeal. It's fifty fifty whether they rule in your favour for the appeal, but the buyer will get their money back regardless.0

They won't over turn their decision. Spoke to some nasty woman who just kept reading off a manual that they could not check the product before or after it was sent and that was that.
The item has definitely been used. It even smells of cooked food.
Looks like it's goodbye to ebay from me from now. That is just so wrong. You could buy an expensive item, switch it with a used or empty one and return it for a full cash refund and ebay will give you money back. Wow. Wow. Wow.0 -
Maybe you could try providing photographic evidence of the state it's been returned in?I Hate Jobsworths!!!0

Maybe you could try providing photographic evidence of the state it's been returned in?
The latino woman I had on the phone today said there was no way they would or could overturn the decision. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was one! I was wondering do they have a call centre in the UK?
The cheeky bloody cow, she emptied the tube and sent it back in the box I sent to her. I just thought I would check if there was anything left in the tube and there isn't. How rude indeed.
I can't believe eBay let things like this happen. I understand it's beyond their control so they can't check things that are sent out and returned, but honestly. How rude.0 -
No they only have CS in Dublin or Manila for .co.uk
Ring again, be polite and professional and ASK their advice rather than telling them what you want - not suggesting you aren't, but CS need to feel important and feel THEY need to make the decision.0
