Well, after being cancelled 'due to unforseen circumstances' in October, my 2nd driving test is finally happening tomorrow

I don't feel as nervous as last time, so I am hoping I can kep my nerves under control. I have had loads of practice in our car and feel a bit more confident on the road.

BUT my driving instructor has changed his car :mad: . I had a 2 hour lesson in it on Sunday, but it feels very different, so now I am worried that I will mess up because I am not used to the car .

I so badly want to pass this time ..... so I am going to need extra strong good luck vibes from you all for tomorrow. Get praying!!!! :rotfl:

You know you can drive otherwise your examiner wouldnt put you in for it, I know its hard but do keep your nerves under control thats the biggest problem. I am sure you will pass and i will keep my fingers crossed for you

If the car feels odd, I would be inclined to tell the examiner that you've only driven it the once (or whatever it is) and he'll probably make allowances for that.

Do you think they will take any notice? I will have had 2 lessons by the time of my test, coz I have a lesson just beforehand. It feels a lot different and all the indicators are on the opposite side etc. I am a bit concerned about it.

Its worth a shot but if i think they will probably be inclined to go with if you are taking your test you should really be able to drive any car. But it couldnt hurt.

Also when I had my tests my instructor came along too. 1, so ensure that the results were fair and 2. if you did fail they could see where you went wrong and we could work on it.

Dont dwell on the fact its a new car too much otherwise you might set yourself for a fall, just get used to the different parts of the cars - indecators etc so you know where everything is
