NO.
You should have:
joined Quidco (or Topcashback that pays £68.25 for CPW) first,

logged in Quidco or TCB,

found CPW there and clicked through to CPW online, not go to a store,

upgraded via CPW online.

If you haven't joined Quidco/TCB yet, you can get referred to TCB for £5 Amazon gift certificate and, possibly, a share of the referrer's £15 bonus.
