I did upgrade via CPW, but I wasn't aware of the cashback before I visited the store. I'm trying to establish if I can still claim the cashback or not? Should I just try their cashback claim form?
    NO.
    You should have:
    1. joined Quidco (or Topcashback that pays £68.25 for CPW) first,
    2. logged in Quidco or TCB,
    3. found CPW there and clicked through to CPW online, not go to a store,
    4. upgraded via CPW online.
If you haven't joined Quidco/TCB yet, you can get referred to TCB for £5 Amazon gift certificate and, possibly, a share of the referrer's £15 bonus.
  • Thanks gents, I assumed that would be the case. I've joined both and will remember to check them in future. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
