Having been with 3 for 8 years iv had to claim twice as we have 5 phones with them and they tell you when you claim to you need to send old device back as well , even if you had lost old paperwork.0

No, it's every single one I see, it's very predictable. They should maybe have a stickie saying if you're going to complain about three make sure you have double checked you're right first :rotfl:
It doesn't help that three give them compensation when they're in the wrong as well :eek:0
