Steff, the only people allowed to work on meters are the suppliers and the distrubutors.0

Smart meters for both gas & electric were fitted this morning and I have not died of radiation poisoning yet, I'm quite disappointed.0

Energy companies' software routinely discard energy readings that the system thinks are erroneous. What provision, if any, has been made for smart meter readings if, say, the customer was in hospital for a month?
