 ^^^ This.I think the biggest thing East Belfast has going for it is that it Isn't South Belfast! Far better amenities, routes into the city, schools…and on and on. Massively better place to live in my opinion. South Belfast is still seen as a bit "aspirational" historically, and a lot of people still buy into that.
 South Belfast *is* nicer than east Belfast. IMHO of course.
