The system will not be changing anytime soon they are awaiting for the split to take place between Williams and Glyn which is going to be some time off yet. I had a feeling after the Santander fiasco that would be the case, the last time I was in the branch they still was using terminal emulators and old versions of windows, it must be very difficult for a bank to keep up, however for me the RBS app and accompanying website is top notch so the account issues baffle me slightly.0 -
Customers regular point out to me the antiquated and unsupported nature of the 'technology' we use.0
