Isn't it supposed to be paid within 30 days? Perhaps query it with them.
They said when you click through the link it goes onto a spreadsheet they have that shows who's used the link.
The lady appologised, and said they would give me £50 as compensation.
I don't suppose there's anything else I can do?I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -

I switched 24 Jun, with 2 DDs; I had previously paid £2k in (for the interest) though to be on the safe side I transferred another £500 after the switch, on 30 Jun (but I didn't think that mattered).0 -
I took your advice, and phoned TSB, they said I didn't qualify as I didn't go through the Moneyexpert link (I went through the link on the 1st page of this thread).

I had the same experience, was told I did not go through the link and it wasn't on their dbase that I didn't.
This was factually incorrect, as I know I did go via the correct link. I held firm on the phone and explained that this was the primary reason for opening the account, and if they were not prepared to honour it, I would wish to escalate this matter and formally complain.
After checking, they did relent, and the payment will now be made.
My advice if you did go via the correct link - get back on the phone to them, and don't get off till you get the £100.0 -

Thanks. I told them that my husband opened his account on the same day, and still hasn't had his either.
He hates getting involved with these phone calls (I do the switches for him), so I may just write a letter of complaint on his behalf. otherwise he will get nothing.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
I had corrected the days re June, and am registered for gross interest, but the rest is correct.
Pretty much £2K in every day, may had an odd day with £1-2 short but not to amount to the difference shown.
I should have put 27 days, I am sure interest is paid on a full calendar month and paid into account on 1st of the month, which it is.
The amounts are wrong, but I will wait until 01st August and see what they pay for July.
They should no be allowed to quote 5% if the true rate is 4.89.
.
please may i ask how you registered for gross interest??0 -

Exactly the same thing they have told me. I ma not showing on there spreadsheet. The lady I spoke with will not add £100 onto the account but referred it to the complaints. Said I will get a response within 48 hrs.0 -

In my case it was an R85 posted to my account branch, there doesn't appear to be a way of doing it online.0 -
I was told you also has to register for paperless to qualify for the £100, so perhaps that's something for people to look into?0

I don't there is anything in Terms and conditions relating to paperless statements.
I think I read somewhere paperless statements has to be in order to receive 5% interest.
I am not appearing on there spreadsheet. They have sent it off as complaint. How can I proof that I did go through Money supermarket and how can they proof I didn't.0
