I think to be taken seriously you need to prove your abilities, then people may be interested to hear what you have to say & enable you to profit from it
I would initially be looking at setting up a cold drinks stand in good weather & maybe an umbrella stand if it's going to be a period of wet ...0 -
Do an app for window cleaners. They like dry weather notice.0

I'm not restricted to summer.
Do you do bad weather too? If so, you could do insurance. I'm sure they'll want to know where those hurricanes and tornados are going to hit.
How about other planets? The sunspot cycle plays havoc with satellites, and it would be handy to know how bad the next one is going to be.0 -

Unfortunately not. UK only, (mainly the East, but extending to the rest) likely periods of clear, sunny weather only.
(PS. I predicted the current clear spell we're having, over a month ago, which marks about 10 correct predictions in the last 18 months, which is what's prompted me to try a little harder to find some way to cash in on it)0 -
I've got my own system, it's easy and foolproof.
If the cows in the field are laying down ........ it's going to rain.
If they're standing up it will be a sunny day.
Also if you see a cat washing behind its ears then its going to rain in the next 24 hours. They are coating their ears.
If you have a cat test the theory.0 -
I can guarantee it will rain for 300 days a year in the Shetland Isles..any takers? The revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make it fall.0

My system can predict, with greater than 50:50 success, spells of clear weather, months in advance.
This is very intriguing!
You could set up a list of predictions by editing your original post in this thread, then come back and mark your predictions as 'Success' or 'Failure' according to what actually happens with the weather (or perhaps leave individual posts within the thread, so as to preserve the time and date of the prediction).
If you are consistently successful to a level that suggests something other than just chance, then everyone will know about it.0 -

Genuine question - how would that help me?0
