    I've been Money Tipped!
I think casually mentioning suicide in this context is just poor taste.

To DebbieG - as long as your account is up to date there is no reason why you can't give notice and then leave.

If you owe them money then of course they will want to keep dialogue open.

The contract just rolls over month on month until you formally give them notice.

Today I had exactly the same. My health, mentally, emotionally and physically is in tatters and it's all down to Vodafone.

I actually heard myself say to them that I was ready to tear myself into pieces, this was whilst having a panic attack due to my crying causing my breathing to go.

All I wanted was for them to cancel my account with a clear balance and leave me alone. They continued to insist I owed them money for "line rental" for a contract I never renewed as they messed up the upgrade and a phone service that was cut off in Nov15. So basically they want me to pay them for the time they spent dragging their heals to deal with my complaint! How does that work?

Dramatic as it sounds, I asked myself the same question.....would it actually take a suicide to seriously get away from this Vodafone hell and have somebody sit up and listen to the hugely damaging impact they are having on an individuals life.

Never mind customers having to remember staff are humans.....I could swear Vodafone staff are trained to be desentised to fellow humans. I wouldn't treat an animal the way they've treated me.

But who will listen??? No one it seems.
