They have recorded all their findings  they reckon that whatever machine tells you yay or nay has nothing to do with the code you enter. The pack isn't a win or lose when you buy it, it's decided when you enter it.

Im not sure if all this is a good or bad thing for them. They've taken it so seriously  and it has made them work together and pool their thinkings......which BTW has left me open mouthed this week.......they operate on a level that hurts my head

I opened house guests notebook this morning and it all looked Russian to me :o he senT me a text at 11.45 today to remind me to go to the express to pick up the meal deal receipts :o

These 2 boys never ask for anything. They aren't interested in money at all and have no idea of its value. They're just motivated by trying to work it out :o

That's really good teamwork, I'm sure will crack it by the end of the week. Its such a shame it isn't lasting any longer isn't it?

Sod it I'm getting doing my last box, I'm getting hooked too! OH asked me earlier what are we doing with all the crisps, as he is getting a bit sick of ready salted! :rotfl:

It might have been Martin mentioning his wombles earlier......oooooh missus:D

The ones I've picked up today have bananas, Colgate, kettle crisps, Felix, walkers:D, eggs, Mr Kipling etc etc in number

It's surprising how these 10p's add up.

    I love micromanaging money:D

Watch the pennies and the ££££££ come rolling in:)

Can't believe how long it took me to start looking for the cash back on wombles

Ditto - I also love the micro managing and get a huge kick out if it - I can't improve the funds coming in but I can stretch what there is and ideally I like spending the same pound at least twice :)

It's like a weird game of bingo finding the 10 p items on wombles :j

When you come to the last day of the pay month and the true total is only a few hundred less than payday - true spend in real money is only £50 or £60 a week - then you know all of the penny hoarding has been worth while :T

Agree with them about the time of day codes are entered, I've always done mine after 11.30pm and got more winners than tonight!
I've done a box in record time tonight about 40 minutes, well I think that isn't bad. Tempted to do my last box, decisions decisions :rotfl:

OH took us for an evening trip to HB about 7 tonight so I did all of my codes tonight just prior to 8 - got 7 out of 20

So this flouts the theories about time of day ???.

Well done that's great. Yes it does and when I think about it I did my very first box a couple of weeks ago at 5pm and won 11!!

I never want to see a bag of walkers again after this, I'm don't even eat crisps!!!:rotfl:

Back from DS2's graduation. Lovely day even if it rained.

Don't ask me not to ask. I'm asking :D

I'm terribly peed off at the rain today. I got the all clear to get back to work today. I can't go tomorrow....I have an appointment. Had a bit of a last rush realising I have 2 free days to get my garden in a manageable state.....and it's persisted it down most of the day :( I ended up cleaning toilets and washing rancid socks.

I left three teenage boys in here for a weekend and when I walked in last night I walked out again and checked I hadn't pulled up at the tip  I've even had to bath the dog because he rolled in fox poo and stank to high heavens and it was ignored  I'm now wondering which is the worst smell between fox poo and wet dog :o :rotfl:

    Anyone watching C4 ?

We did - the prog about getting a council house in Portsmouth ?

Why has Portsmouth had such a massive jump in applicants - think it was 30% ??.

Prog didn't give facts and figures about how long families are on the list - how long single men who are low priority are on the housing list.

Are there no homeless hostels in Portsmouth - no soup kitchens run by charities? Why were the single men not given the contact details for hostels?

regarding the walkers codes. I may have caused a bit of an obsession here :o
My 2 lads have a very complex analysis of the codes and have their own theories about how winners are allocated. I won't pretend to understand it all :o but they're convinced that winners aren't pre-allocated. They're also convinced that the time of day you enter the codes is important.

I've missed loads so these theories might have been discussed. I also have no opinion as to whether their observations are correct but we are close to the 1:6 winners. Closer than we were yesterday apparently.

It all gotten very technical here :o:o I'm keeping out of it now and just taking the money

I'd convinced myself of the same thing but the result can be skewed on the odd box or so....in my experience I get more codes later in the day but in sure there will be someone else who will say the opposite:rotfl::rotfl:
