lol I was tempted but wanted them to know I wasn't just looking for an offer to be quiet, I know ill not know the outcome, but I will be speaking to the store manager to make sure it has been brought to his attention. the offer is still open to me, & lovely guy said I could get it on my nectr card to spend in argos or Debenhams, I never knew u could spend points there, I have a lot to use up now I wont be back to sainsburysPersonally I would still have accepted the gift card and still expect them to resolve it. As generally staffing issues are resolved behind closed doors you may not find out exactly how it has been resolved. You mentioned you were not planning to go back, so point made and you would be £50 up. In all likelihood if they are forking out £50 they have taken it seriously and would deal with it accordingly. They are not known for throwing money away just to solve a complaint.
