    Personally I would still have accepted the gift card and still expect them to resolve it. As generally staffing issues are resolved behind closed doors you may not find out exactly how it has been resolved. You mentioned you were not planning to go back, so point made and you would be £50 up. In all likelihood if they are forking out £50 they have taken it seriously and would deal with it accordingly. They are not known for throwing money away just to solve a complaint.

    Maybe I am just easily bought off ;).

    The date of the online APG got regenerated with a new use by date or am I barking up the wrong tree ?


    No1 Son just nipped in sada for me whilst I wombled he is 22 and had to produce id for alcohol free Kopparberg :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
