Morning all....what a scorcher of a day. All windows and doors open but it is still registering 36.9 indoors, there is just no breeze about. Trying to get packed for holiday on Saturday, typically it is hotter here than Tenerife, always happens when we go away, friends now even ask when we are going so they can get out their shorts and arrange pool parties:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Too hot to sleep :(

I read that a shower before bed helps you to sleep in the hot weather - that didn't work ...

It does appear to be a fault with the system as I feel sure the T&Cs say calendar month.

Has anyone with a non-glitchy APG hit the limit who could complain?

Having been robbed of vouchers I feel aggrieved too but as it was mainly RTC I was probably not in a strong position so kept quiet :(.

I do wonder if they can even see the prices that were paid if they did look into an account

    Morning all
Bit cooler here today and finally getting a few drops of rain :j

Collected a c&c this morning from a's and its showing as collected on the A's grocery site but when I go to the APG site I get this message.
    "We're sorry...

The details for your latest order haven't been found.

Please ensure that you've waited 24 hours after your shopping was delivered to compare prices."

Is that normal with the new APG site?

I am waiting for a call back from Scottish Power who have annoyed me this morning so I am venting my wrath.

I always do my own metre readings at the end of each month and the system automatically updates instantly so on day 1 of the new month I know exactly what my balance is.

Now it seems that you put your metre readings in and you have to wait 5 days - why - it makes no sense. I can transfer money to and from one bank account and another in seconds so why does it take 5 days to update?

So now I've got a calendar reminder for the 24th of each month which is annoying in itself, to do the metre readings.
I've just signed up for another contract with them so there is nothing I can do about it for now except research which ones do real time readings for next year.

That is so sad. My parents came across in the 40s and 50s from Ireland and Val Doonican was a very firm favourite with them, they never missed his TV programme.

Its quite upsetting really, making me think of my mum and dad, both long gone now ...
