Ta for the final walkers date - I did wonder about this - the house is going to be full of crisps over the next week!
At least it means the postman will be calling most days - he is getting very elusive
We also had a thunder and lightening storm last night - about 10 - the cats were still strolling about outside and then Sophie made a dash for it to get inside.
The 2 black Toms were still out when it started raining and had to be persuaded in“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Good morning all...
Feeling a little deflated today...uncertain times within OH's workplace, and the second restructure in 18 months...
We are probably in a better place this time than the last time it happened but the prospect of VR at christmas/end Dec looms again....
Kids break up from school today...I must remember they need collecting at 11.30....hardly worth going this morning but just when did the summer holidays ever begin at the start of July....
Very cloudy and muggy here and even the odd bit of rain...but I think we need the thunder storm to clear the airfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -

I've been taking a look at the Walkers T&Cs (thanks again OP). Section 6.1 says this
Promotion and Promotional Period:
Walkers Lunch 1 in 6 promotion (winning participants will receive up to £4.00 (UK, CI, IOM) / €5.00 (ROI) off their next lunch):
The opening date for receipt of entries is 00:01 12th April 2015 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 11th July 2015. Any entries received before the opening date or after the closing date will not be accepted. The closing date for winning participants to claim their prize is 23:59 10th August 2015.
Can I check my interpretation of this, that as long as we've checked the code by end of 11 July, then we can save the winning emails with the codes in, and we have until 10 August to click on the Claim now and select the postal/shopi/paypal method to receive a coupon? Meaning the coupon's could potentially last us until 24 August!?????
Would appreciate the elite's perspective! Many thanks
Hello - I think you are probably correct, however when I was reading the small print I also saw mention that the competition could be closed early in the event of certain circumstances - I am not sure I would chance claiming after the closing date - but obviously your decision. I have got loads of coupons to spend, was thinking of getting tinned stuff or perhaps switching on my garage freezer and buying prawns etc tinned salmon keeps for ages. Has anyone found any really good deals to use with the Walkers vouchers?
A house divided against itself cannot stand - I love this proverb, and thanks to my lovely family for making me realise that we can get through most things together0 -
Please can I ask has anyone used 2 walkers vouchers against one shop - with 2 bags of walkers obviously?“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0

I haven't got a voucher with me at the mo but I think on the back it says 1 per transaction. I haven't used 2 per transaction, but I did use 3 in different shops in T. 2nd voucher I went to use, SA said ive already taken 1 I shouldn't take another, but she did both legitimate shops:D - but the last shop I bought walkers, rtc oranges and rtc swimming shorts for DGS SA took voucher without questioning it  but when I got home I realised in T voucher says minimum £4 spend on lunch----oops:o0 -
Mulling over the possibilities of combining the walkers vouchers alongside a Sainsbobs till spit conditional spend voucher £4.50 wys £30 to do a shop for cashback items and possibly a nice little brand match voucher in return.
And Ive also got from sainsburys mycoupons 900 points wys £30 which will go on automatically
Ive just been looking at the quidco clicksnap things so far and I've got also the minimum of 10 things - very few fillers needed
Kingsmill farmhouse loaf - Q free
Kingsmill burger thins - Q £1 - how much are these?
Fridjj strawberry - £1/63p - Q 25p
Fridjj choc - £1/63p - Q 25p
Fridjj supreme £1.35/63p - Q30p
Walkers doritos - ? - TCB 45P
Kettle chips £2/£1 - Q 50p
John West Tuna with a Twist Lime & Black £1.50/£1.08 - free MOC
Can anyone add to this list?
COS is on OHs phone so I cant see whats on the COS list
Or is it too risky - will sainsbobs just ignore the Asda price so it all comes back as NA?
Virtually all of the list I can do at Asda anyway without any risk, much simpler“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Is anyone there?? I wouldn't mind a coffee :coffee:if someone's putting the kettle on please:)0

There is a Eurostar promotion on in August - children go for £1 BUT it has to be booked before 9th July. Great for those of you wanting to take the children to Disney etc. Also many places are 2 for 1 entrance fees with the tickets.
http://www.eurostar.com/uk-en/eurostar-deals/eurostar-promotion
Express kids’ sale
Ends 9 July
This summer, kids can travel to Paris, Brussels, Lille or Bruges for just £1* each way, with up to two children (aged 4 to 11) when travelling with a full-price adult. You can choose from any of our trains between 1 and 27 August and pick seats in Standard or Standard Premier.
All you have to do is book by 9 July to snap up our special £1 offer.
Maximum 4 people per booking when you book at eurostar.com. More than 4 travellers? Call our team on 03432 186 186.**
If you go here http://www.attractiontix.co.uk/ you can also get far cheaper Disney tickets than on Disney site. I'm sure there are other places too you can get cheap tickets. Hotels off site (not Disney) might make this more affordable. HTH0 -
