Really wanted the invigorating body wash for men but was on rollback in my store today no multi offer. Can somebody in the know tell me does that mean my store were early reducing prices or late in changing offer to multibuy. Hoping the prices may change over night0

Lidl Snacktastic Crisps 24 pack £1.07 half price weekend offer 11/12 July ONLY
http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/lidl-snacktastic-crisps-24-pack-1-07-half-price-weekend-offer-11-12-july-only-2237471
:j:j:TMany thanks, as we are down to a single pack left. (Don't know how I managed to get them to stretch that far, but I did! BB was August 2015 on the previous ones, so I wasn't too pleased that we were hardly in July and only had one left. I resisted two packs of multipacks, but just bought a single multipack as two was excessive:money:.) Many thanks for this. If only Mr M would play ball and put the Unwashed Tatters back onto £2. Now still stubbornly at £4:(:(. Holding out hopes for them being £2 when I go back to M in a couple of days (yes, needing to go back, for some actual shopping, this weekend when we will need it) but I don't think I stand much chance. We got through with some tinned potatoes tonight (not very good I feel to have all the time but occasional is alright) that were BB next month.
Talking about M (that I rarely ever do:rotfl:), I did notice it was a wrong decision to have made to have bought my petrol last night. Yesterday was a very expensive day - yet I talk about not spending a quid in petrol to travel to shopping, but going out to somewhere to go to, on a nice day, was a lot farther afield and cost us more. Yet everything costs money - I'm thinking that the quadruple CC on days out, for me, is worthless these days and I'd be better just spending at non-boosted price instore (:eek:the worst value available) - yet, travelling to a 'days out' attraction spends more in petrol cost than simply going to the nearest T and at no extra cost. And, of course, the days out voucher is some nominal figure - yet they (the attractions) decide, based on the market, what the price of entry is to be and therefore change our perceptions of what the 'value' of things is. If they all started charging £2.50 admission, then suddenly days out vouchers wouldn't seem very valuable:rotfl: - no quadruple to ten pound admission instead straight £2.50 would probably apply. They are still refusing to put on a five times voucher value offer, so I am still refusing to boost the vouchers up at this stage.
Anyway, back to my point;):rotfl:, I noticed that M's petrol at my store had now gone to the same price that I understand A were yesterday (although I did not visit the store) - and S 0.2p higher. Oh well, it was fractions of pence (and S is actually cheaper if you factor in the few pence:( of Nectar - however I'm not collecting points as the moment as hoping to be seen to be staying away from S much much longer and that I might get something far more than the total of the few points). I thought, in fact, that fuel prices might be about to come down as well, since I noticed a couple of days before that the barrel of oil cost had gone down a bit and part expected that that might be filtered through, but then I thought that the Greek crisis might cause them to put off any decrease as prices could go up from that. (Calculations that virtually none of the rest of the public do:rotfl:.) I ought to Google "fuel prices" everytime before I go out in the afternoon:money:, to see if anything comes up saying they are "cutting prices tomorrow" but, often, I just don't remember to do it every time. So I end up going in ignorance and then just taking a chance.
My nearest Sains is one penny per litre higher than the one a mile away (which, sadly for them, is too near to an A:rotfl:) - the one nearest to me though is, unfortunately, too far from an A:(. (Fortunately, a mile is not too far for me, particularly as I go that way anyway, although travelling to the A itself would be somewhat farther, so I can still benefit, a little bit, from the one p:( a litre cheaper fuel from only a mile away. Yet, it probably costs more than 40-60p (however many litres in a tank) to travel one mile:think:.
With the M putting its prices down, maybe that will force the S, that is much closer to it, to put its price down to match rather than be seen to be 0.2p higher. I don't know - I expected A to increase its price when the Sains and M were going up higher a few weeks ago, but fortunately my A kept at the same price and, despite the others going up, A did not follow - shame for them that a non-supermarket petrol chain near to the A was keeping its prices nearly at the same cost and, sadly for them, seemed to me to be forcing them to keep their prices as they were.
This situation, of variant prices around the country, and stores changing prices purely when they face competition (the M and T twenty miles away, which have no A petrol station in that town, are always a lot more expensive) really ought not to happen. The competition authorities concluded that it was against the public interest(? might have that slightly wrong) 15 years ago - got that bit probably completely right - however, they felt there was no way of enforcement that wouldn't have other undesirable effects and therefore decided that no action was the appropriate thing to do. As a result, people continually still pay more where there is a lack of competition (perhaps specifically the lack of an A petrol station near enough) and all the petrol stations can basically do as they please:(.0 -

It says you do not NEED insurance, it's not a legal requirement, but if your car is of any value to you having insurance for theft, fire and accidental damage is common sense.

You can tell your mum that she can (and should imo) have insurance on her SORN-ed camper. Her insurance company will be able to help with this and it should be cheaper during her SORN months.
So glad u posted this, I am linked to the databasd and i keep all my vehicles insured, its not safe otherwise x0
