I have downloaded the new COS app on my tablet, so will just have to use it from there, until I get an iphone upgrade.
Thanks Munqui and mhoc for your help....much appreciated

    Is your tablet android?

OH has a Samsung phone which is android and he is very smug about it - he does not have this iphone update issue :(

but my phone is perfectly serviceable for what I need - a few calls, lots of messaging, a bit of twitter, photos a few apps - Shopotize and COS - why do I need to spend hundreds on a new phone.

anyway the new tablet is coming tomorrow which is android so I will see how my COS app works on there .. £39 is justifiable but not hundreds

HA HA never thought this would happen but it did! Little 14yr old nugget outside Tesco asked me to get him 10 Richmond, handed me a load of 20p's and 10p's. I thought u cheeky little t***... You should have seen his face when I handed him these and said "they only do packs of 8 mate" got some abuse but so f*****g worth it, teach that little t*** a lesson!'

Pic of what they handed to the kid:

    10.97 online so CC/HD cost = £1.36

cat litter is something I've wondered about - we use the wood pellets so I think they would take a long while to break down - summer is not too bad but in the winter when they are trapped indoors, boy cat wee is very pungent.

Ashes from our fire are coal ash not wood ash

I never knew you couldn't compost coal ash :o:o
