    Well spotted I have lost 2 and half lbs even though I have been a bit piggy somedays this last week ;)

    I am way behind on all things glitchy! A mixture of working full time now and being bone idle!
    Can someone please tell me what 'cos' and 'shoptize' is? And can I get either of them on a Samsung phone or should I use my iPad?

    That is amazing tweets, I am still struggling on :o. I hope when I weigh myself on Monday that I have lost some more. I am trying really hard and resisting all the naughty sweet stuff, so keeping my fingers crossed. There is nothing worse than resisting and then not losing any weight.

    If you haven't got the room on your iPhone to upgrade to iOS 8, then you need to put iTunes on your PC and plug the phone into the PC using the cable from your charger.

    Then iTunes "sees" the iPhone and will upgrade the iOS.

    DS2 got his degree :j A 2.1 that means he is definitely accepted on his masters course. :j

    Also means we all have the same degree, so no one upmanship in the house and peace reigns. (Though we do tell the kids that a 2.1 was much harder to get back in our day!)

    Again worth a try for iPhone 4S

    But OH says it won't work for my lowly iPhone 4 :mad:
