I don't use iTunes....have got the apps from the app store. See not very techy at all

The exact same thing happened to me.

I've got an iPhone 4 - not the iPhone s - there is nothing wrong with it, millions were made and millions still in use - you could even still get it after the iPhone 5 came out.

I tried making more space by deleting my photos, deleted videos, got rid of apps to make more room and I then deleted my COS

Then I realised I am on the old IOS 7 and I will never get IOS 8 ever so I can't get COS

if you look at the messages on the COS Fb page a few people have had this problem but COS says its Apples fault :mad:

So my COS is temp on OHs phone while Imfigure out what to do but logging into his and out of mine etc is annoying.
I don't think there is an answer to this

Thanks mhoc....I was using both accounts on the one iphone, as DH only has a brick! ....Just thought I could download app to my tablet...the new app....and use it form there.
Off to try that

I have downloaded the new COS app on my tablet, so will just have to use it from there, until I get an iphone upgrade.
