Burning them is prob not very environmentally friendly either!!
No its not but there is a down side to everything.
Our 3 cats go through a huge amount of cat food and if you just put the empty sachets in the bin we only get a collection once every 2 weeks at most - then the stink from the sachets in the bin would follow you down the street.
Yes you could wash the sachets before binning them but life is too short to wash everything.
Yes we could switch to cans but our cats usually wont finish an entire can at once so you have a smelly 3/4 used can in the cupboard. Ours are also are very fussy eaters, if I use sachets I can put out 2 or 3 types and most would get eaten.
What we do put in the general waste bin is very minimal - cooled ashes from the fire, cat litter, very little else.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Just popped down to S for some Quidco bread and found another TMF offer - Birdseye Wholegrain Fish Fingers 12 pack. Don't think we know about this one? Can't beat a fish finger sandwich0 -

Go careful on this one if you've already done any of the other Birds Eye TMF's this year...the stir your senses stuff or the fish...
There have been reports on the TMF thread on Freebies that BE are refusing a second or third claim as they are citing one product only in the range is eligible for refund....it doesnt say this in the T&C and some people have been caught out.
Personally I have done the fish and the stir your senses without problem...they refunded both but I am staying away from the fish fingers this time.
A similar thing happened last year with Birds eye and TMF...frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0
