I had an orchard voucher for money off berries or cherries.
SA: You can't use it because strawberries aren't berries.
me: What are strawberries?
SA: They count as fruit.
me: Aren't berries fruit?
SA: no, berries are little round things. (She even drew her figure in the air in a circle to explain what round meant).
me: I think strawberries are berries, that is why they are called straw _pause_ berries.
SA: No, berries are blue. Blue little round things.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Where do they find these numpties ! Reminds me of the Morrisons meat vouchers last year when the SA wouldn't let someone use the vouchers on chicken on the grounds that chicken wasn't meat !ELITE 5:2

I think I'll start an argument. If any of my family buy the Aquafresh "Family Friendly" Tingling Mint Mouthwash (now at £1.37 in M), I think I'll throw it across the floor!:mad::rotfl:
So much for being "family friendly" - what a meaningless phrase IMO. Just like most marketing I suspect:rotfl:. and any attempt by me to dispute, disagree with and disprove a marketing claim:rotfl:!
You know what - I'd rather have a mouthwash that was full of hatred and UNfriendly! No not really:rotfl:. But, still, totally meaningless!
Family friendly? Any mouthwash, whatever, does not have to be Aquafresh, could be that! It's just a liquid. (Nowt special or magical in that phrase at all!)
[EDIT: :doh:Does it mean "non-alcohol" - and therefore, allegedly, "family" friendly because of that? But my family consists entirely of adults. So, any alcoholic mouthwash could still qualify as "family friendly" for the purposes of my family. (If I didn't pretend to want to chuck it round the floor!)]0 -

Instead, I opened my pack today and found unevenly toasted flakes. I'll eat them, and they'll do as a cereal but I prefer A S/P.
