They are rather gorgeous and I hope then if they are from bulbs they will keep coming back.

I got a scolding from my MIL that I had cut everything back too far. However I hadn't it was all needing space to grow. Every few days something else flowers. its wonderful. :)

    Good evening Elite :hello:

Hope you've all enjoyed the sunshine, greedy beggars hogged it all, I haven't had any, well very little :)

Had a quick skim through whilst having a coffee, I'm now awaiting BB time :j :j. DH hates it so I watch upstairs. Have to record Bit on the Side and in the house live as I need to be on hedgehog watch tonight. Something keeps moving my feeding station, it is weighed down with a small tin bath with a flower pot inside  I think it may be a cat  can't be a fox unless it can jump over a 6ft gate
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Yes I think there is somewhere close by as OH says he is "going to take it to be weighed in" - that's not happened either - I don't think its high value scrap - mostly storage heater covers, parts of swing etc

I seem to think there also used to be a scrap man that went around an estate close to us but like the council tip men I am also scared of the scrap metal chaps :rotfl:

but now I've got the house looking a bit tidier before the visitor arrives I think I am going to go and shuffle stuff around outside to see if I can make it any better looking.

There is also a set of wheels - possibly a car we had over 25 years ago - no idea why OH is keeping these.
And the 5 litre bottles of waste oil - no idea what you do this this - OH wont even think of putting it in the car.

Will your council not come and fetch these items for a fee?
