So if David is in your cellar enjoying his punishment :) ...why cant he be let out until next thread :) and are you and David a partnership or married ....and lastly what was his crime to be banished to the cellar ...don't tell me it was his funny sense of humour got him wrong ? Arr yes is it the David that got reported last week the one in your cellar ?

Nope we are not in a marriage or partnership. He is in retraining to stop flirting with everyone and behave.

Yes its David from here. My husband doesnt mind as long as I do the cleaning and his tea is on the table for 6. The rest of my day is to do as I please :D

Rose, it really does sound like that woman is taking the P! What your mum needs is a cleaner and food. Wiltshire Farm Foods would surely be ideal, she could choose when to eat then as well!

As for having the shunt put in at 89? I wouldn't put someone through that at that age unless they were fit and otherwise healthy!

Yes I totally agree she is 89 quite frail , immobile most of the time and overweight. We tried to put her on a diet in the weeks leading up to assesment next week but to no avail. She overrode the menu my sister calculated ( and we shopped for) and complained all the time. Th thing is I know what will happen. My sister who lives in Geneva, Nice and UK is retired on a very healthy UN pension together with an Italian Pension and a small British one will persuade her to have it and then disappear. I will be saddled with the calls in the night and will have to stay there as I live the nearest. I know it sounds selfish but it has been such a relief to be free of it the last few months and I dont see why someone else shouldnt step up. As to the lady who comes in she is off next week so when she gets back my sister had better speak to her and sort it out. I hate families.

    Who are you with?

I used to to that, not for the money as always managed a "loss" for HMRC due to travel costs round various restaurants but was a great way to get out for little or no cost

Enjoy but know that we miss you X
