I've been having a few nights like this.
The other night I gave up and I went and wrote the next days To Do list - helped get the dross out of my head - that night I managed 3 hours sleep and felt like the walking dead next day,
Last night OH was making dreadful noises in his sleep so I came downstairs again, got a glass of water - 3 cats all sound asleep on their fleeces on their sides of the sofa - so calm and serene compared to the cacophony upstairs.
I bedded down with the cats and I was asleep even before I drunk my water.
Its light now at 4 and this does not help but of I get up very early I end up falling asleep watching Eastenders :rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
