Where have I gone wrong, got a cleaning business and the lady I am cleaning for today is sat in her garden in her bikini catching the sun, while I am slaving for her, not on at all.:(
I am feeling it today, my legs are killing me.
Make her a cup of tea and take it out to her on a tea tray with cake after you have finished - that will ruin her day as she will then feel very guilty about lounging around all morning :rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Good afternoon Elite
Cloudy and breezy here in Suffolk but I don't mind as I'm heading up to MrA at last.
I need cat food for the hedgehogs so thought I'd get 2 packs of 24, that should last a few weeks. Going to try Ox tongue too, I love it. My neighbour 3 doors down has asked can I get her something from MrA so have to call round to see what she wants.
A new thread so let's hope there's a coffee glitch or loo rolls please
DS3 picking me up when he wakes from night shift, he said anytime from noon so here I am shopping list at the ready lol. Happy shopping Elite x

Helllllo!
I have only really lurked lately; not for any particular reason, I just haven't had any info worth sharing.
I did see your picture though and I thought you looked fantastic! You really pulled off the dress and shoes. As for what you said re age; its easy to look good at 20, because youth in itself is beautiful... If ya can pull it off at 30+; you've nailed it.... You did!
im sure your OH is like the cat that got the cream when you guys go out.

Glad to have been of help to some people here over the last few years.
Thank you Savvy for your many years of doing this great service for the elite.
I hope you find something new that you enjoy to take over from the time you were doing the M list.
Please do not abandon us even though you are no longer doing the M list. Your non-M posts are equally valuedSmiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

Thank you so much for googling the flower colours MHOC...
My pot insert is quite orange and the buds look almost a pale butter lemon colour...
They came from a greengrocer/small holding so not a big garden centre that would have loads of stock to deal with...I just struck lucky or so I thought when I saw them, and the plan formed to deck out the venue in the original wedding colours...
....AND quite rightly no one is expecting it or would even probably make the connection with using the same theme aside from the female of the pairing!
I think I'll leave it a few more days to at least see if they all start to open out as yellow or whether we have a mixed bag which might need to be changed for at least something all the same.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Afternoon all
am on new APG nowso downloaded the TOR and managed to get the old APG :j
Anyway, put some wombles in and most of them compared favourably on the old APG (which I can print out myself on OH computer via chrome).
except one . So saved that to my docs and emailed it to OH to print out as I daren't ask him if I can have TOR on his computer
So as I said I emailed it to him to print out and it printed out as a A4 size :eek: Its only one APG but will the shop accept it. Its only for £2

That's it, M Potatoes safely bought. I decided to go there and back before I have to rely on the paracetamol:rotfl:.
I couldn't help but notice:rotfl:, as they had the drinks out at the front, that the Wychwood Hobgoblin is still 99p, but it's Tvs M so no use or ornament:rotfl:. Also the Bell's Whiskey is back at £15, but I don't think that compared vs £15 last time so no use:rotfl:. Won't work yet if it's only gone to £15 today or after last Wednesday.
The Sweet Pears are still 69p (I had to walk past the fruit & veg. to reach the potatoes) and the Satsumas still 69p. I'll be buying the larger Oranges packs at Aldi though for 69p. Or, perhaps that isn't as good as the Oranges last time for me are very large and therefore fewer oranges in the packs than the satsumas? After all, you eat one orange at a time no matter how big it is! Or, maybe, use one orange. In fact I noticed, "Wash before use" on the packs from Aldi. :huh:I don't eat the peel and thus don't need to wash it and the orange inside is inside and away from the outside, where it might get dirty, anyway? However, I did wash the orange, the first time I've ever done this, as I decided that perhaps pesticides might percolate:eek:.
These things though - larger packs not always money-saving! I got some packs of Cadbury's Fingers - much larger ones that were on offer at way better price per 100g in Waitrose several months back. However, didn't the first pack still go quickly:( (I've so far, successfully, managed to stop anyone opening the second pack). I made the mistake of thinking that, because they are a larger pack, perhaps there would be two separate containers inside the pack. However, no, just one! I told someone that they could have half the container (thinking there was another one underneath) - a mistake, as it turned out probably equivalent to a full 'normal' pack and then the rest was soon gone a day later. These bigger packs - sometimes just encourage people to use more and therefore simply getting through them in the same amount of time, not lasting longer at all, but just consuming more, so the price per unit isn't necessarily as good as it looks. HTH:).
Oh well, at least I won't be eating Cadbury's Fingers at the moment:rotfl:. (Instead, someone else, whose teeth never rot no matter how much chocolate they eat:(, [Strike]can have them[/Strike] will be helping themselves to them:(.)
Righto, that's enough of an afternoon assignment/essay:rotfl:;), so, really, I must go again - and enjoy the sunshine/watch the news:(. See you again!:rotfl::wave:0 -
hey all, so quickly popped into my sada at lunch - literally to grab a sandwich (nearest place from my office) but did notice bacofoil bags and cook matches reduced. medium bacofoil bags 75p and cooks matches 25p
Can anyone confirm if these are the correct items for the glitch? there was about 25 of each, contemplated grabbing 11 of each and risking it but thought id check barcodes first if poss then run in after work and clear the shelf!
also, would this give me a stupidly large APG? should i buy 11 bags and 11 matches in two transactions? thanks all xx0
