  • Late posting sorry (((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))) to dockies mum... So sad to hear your news.

Fraught day one way or another. Got scammed out of £177 took money from my bank for something I did not ask for. Got to open a new Bank account in case they try again.

Carpet chap at the bungalow this afternoon. OH and DD2 emptied everything out of a bin and put it into the correct bin. I spent an hour cleaning the kitchen floor. I do not think the person who was in the house before us had any floor coverings down, judging from what I cleaned out from between the floor boards. Kitchen will get done first, will work through the rooms.

Carpet chap came, he is going to ring me with the quote.

Dd2 is on a course tomorrow and Sunday, I am going to take her in the morning and collect her late afternoon. Oh is bowling.

    Time for bed......night night.

    Just nipping in

Mrs Lw - sorry to hear your sad news about Docky, thinking of him over rainbow bridge running around with his doggie pals. He was so well loved and I too felt like I knew him.

Tru - enjoy your holiday, is Scampi going with you?

Judi (((hugs))) to you, thinking of you.

HH - fingers crossed for your dh, hope the wait isn't too stressful.

Had a hectic half term with a fab camping trip, no wifi and 2 teenage boys entertaining themselves whittling sticks, campfires, walking, scrambling over rocks and into caves, even playing pooh sticks on the bridge. Hiring a boat on Windermere for ds2 birthday, which he got to drive.

Been back to work this week, but had to make some time up so more hours worked than normal. Village weeks here, then next weekend dh has said he will come camping, he has never done it, and we are also taking the dogs. I just hope it doesn't rain.

Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take care
