The way you're telling it isn't helping anyone. If you explained it more clearly, answered the questions others have asked several times and stopped contradicting yourself then perhaps it would be helpful.Muddled to you,you should be on this end every time I chase Barclays up for info in a SAR I get more of their deception. I have 20,000 pages from them and most of it is useless.
As for you thinking this all made up,everyone is entitled to their opinion.
I posted this incase it may help someone in similar circumstances not to be called a liar.0 -

Please stop using colloquialisms such as 'run a mile' and stick to the facts.
Here's an important question:
Have you since commissioned a structural engineer to survey your property, and obtained quotes for a repair?
If so, what work needs to be done, and how much will it cost?0 -
Yes structural engineers report obtained and the property will have to be demolished.0

It's true.
Barclays conducted a survey for their own benefit. You just covered the costs.
Considering the number of people that drop out and do not proceed with mortgages they apply for, it would be very expensive for Barclays to cover the cost of these surveys themselves.
I'm surprised you have only just learned this fact, given your claimed extensive knowledge of the laws on this matter.0 -

No you didnt.
Post 45 'They are running a mile due to the legal case' (quoted in full)
