  • Sorry, haven't had any time to read posts since I was here last but I'm sure there have been some great results. Well done:T

My awaited payments have now cleared my bank account so that's £50 from Populus and £30.90 from Amazon (£80.90 altogether) to add to my total. That's beaten my target so I'm really chuffed with the final amount of £395.53

I doubt I'll be on here much in the next few days as my lovely cat went missing on Tuesday morning and I just can't put my mind to anything, least of all money-making. Seem to be spending every available minute combing the fields and hedgerows, making a nuisance of myself asking anyone living remotely near us in this rural backwater to search their outbuildings and gardens, printing and delivering flyers, phoning vets etc to see if he was found injured anywhere, making big signs to put outside the house etc etc. Have only slept for about 3 hours ever since, I'm knackered.

People might say 'it's only a cat' but in the 7 years since we've had him he's helped me through some really horrendous times. In case that sounds weird, cat-lovers will know how that can be.

    See you in July:)

It's not just a cat or a pet, it is like a child, you take care of them, feed them, play with them, take them to vets etc. Pets are family and I can understand why you are.so worried.

I.hope he is found quickly, safe and sound, snuggled up in the airing cupboard. That's where my friend's cat was hiding.

    Xx

Carbootcrazy TRY not to worry too much!

My 5 month old kitten went missing shortly after I moved into my new place. I was DISTRAUGHT.
Put leaflets through doors, offered reward and went looking every day, twice a day myself.
A WEEK later he was found stuck up a tree, yards from home! He came back skinny and covered in fleas but safe!
It will amaze you how clever kittens and cats are when left to their own devices!

He was my only source of comfort after I split from my long-term partner and moved out, as I live alone now he is my be all and end all :)
I didn;t sleep for that week so I feel your pain!
    Crossing everything for you! xxx

anyone with the EE power bar, please read

In the terms and conditions it says the power bar is on a hire agreement – what does this mean?

If you get a power bar but later decide to cancel your EE mobile, broadband or tablet contract, you must return the power bar to any EE store within 60 days. If you don't, EE will apply a £5 charge to your bill.

If your power bar's damaged, lost or stolen, you'll have to give it back and/or pay £5 to cover the cost of replacing it – you also won't be able to get a power bar again.

The terms and conditions also say that the charger must be returned to EE after 18 months, when it will decide whether you can get another one.

However, EE says this is in there to allow it to review the scheme as a whole after 18 months – it won't necessarily require individual customers to return the power bar after 18 months and swap it for a new one.
