    RM have systems in place to forward enquires to DOs via customer service.
    Those systems are useless when you need an answer right now. As I said I've only not found a direct number a couple of times for a couple of London DO's.

    Yup but they are not published for good reason.
    The units simply arent staffed to deal with high volumes of calls,and then you get constant whines of phones being ignored.
