Actually, I could well have done although I don't remember doing anything with it this time to break it. Usually I do suck things up I shouldn't, or run over the cable, but since the last incident I have been really careful.

The washing machine has just started making a noise too!!

I am going to get eyes rolled at me when bearded one gets home

Was going to make a cup of tea and have a break from cleaning but think I might leave the kettle well alone...

Not met my late grandfather.

If something would not come off with a spanner, then it was hammer time and if it still did not come off out would come the gas gun and you cut it off :rotfl:

I have a washer/dryer instead of separate machines. The washing comes out lovely, but the tumble drying bit seems to give a funny smell. Not sure how to clear tbh and sometimes I have no real option other than drying laundry in the machine

Many moons ago, I did an OU degree! They're great, aren't they! Best courses I've ever done!

Now, stop thinking it's you that breaks them! If you're the one using it when it goes wrong, it doesn't mean it's your fault! Think of all the times over the years when you've used these things and they haven't gone wrong!

Blocked filter, maybe? I don't have a dryer, but I think there's a filter that can get blocked with fluff, or something!

Either that, or the machine needs a good clean with soda crystals on a boil wash?

I'll have a go at finding the filter. I use vinegar as fabric conditioner so the washing side is ok. Not sure I'm up to delving into the machine today...

Lol much nicer than our 7 seater, ironically my initials spell car

Thanks, I did social sciences, psychology , councelling, mental health, adult health, promoting public health and more social sciences. Really enjoyed it even though was hard work and gutted I've finished as it gave me something to focus on now I waste my time watching TV etc while kids at school
