PS A lot of us don't count grocery spends if you stay within budget.
I definitely stayed within budget. I had £24 in my wallet allocated for the aldee shop and when I got to the cashier, I asked her to let me know when I am near that amount so I can decide what to keep and what to ditch. I spent £24 not a penny less nor a penny more. Pre-MSE, I would probably have walked out of the shop with £60 worth of shopping or maybe more. Now that I do grocery shopping with cash and not with my debit card, I feel so much better sticking to my guns and having to let go of some of my wants than when I gave in to instant gratification."There is Life AFTER DEBT."LBM 2009 Total Debt £49046.24 Debt Free as of 27/08/20150 -

I also don't count petrol as I car-share with DS1 and have very little control over how much he's going to use - so it's nigh on impossible to plan ahead to make sure fill-ups happen on days that I know won't be NSDs like I used to.......Cheryl0 -

Not just you. Loads and loads of page unavailable messages here - a right royal pain in the proverbial, as I was trying to do all my change of month reporting in
Yesterday (1st) was a spend day - direct debits galore, and I picked up a new permanent marker from B'n'M as my old one is starting to complain at times
Today (2nd) was NSD #1

started off the month well with 2 x NSD.
