Based on what Old Trev is saying on his website can someone make a FOI application of the Passport Office to establish if Trev has a British passport or whether, as the resident of an exo-planet he has been granted a visa? :)
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Has ANPR issued any known NtK on or after 1 April 2015? This seems, at this stage, to be the key question.

As the CSA is a recognised DVLA ATA (albeit not, as now confirmed by the DVLA, one with scope to access the database in the context of parking/trespass), I don't see the statement from Preston Council as being literally incorrect.
Further to your earlier email correspondence with my colleague Ms. Parmenter, I can advise you that ANPR Ltd have supplied a copy of their membership of The Credit Services association which is an ATA registered with DVLA.

ANPR Ltd is a member of the CSA (possibly not for much longer!) and CSA is an ATA recognised by the DVLA.

We're all on your side here Freddie - but it's best if energies are not consumed arguing against the unarguable.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

they have not yet issued any court paper , fake or genuine yet since april the 1st , however we have had at least 2 cases of tickets on cars on this forum in recent weeks , one OP named himself!

I am trying to save the many hundred's of people who do not use this forum , and will get scammed either by replying , or in a month or two by letter when he does start shoving request thru (illegally)

its the fact that he is a lieing cheating rogue <cleaned for forum> person that should be stopped from operating

I will await a FOI request from the DVLA , and a new question to them stating on there website that PPCs must be a member of a recognised (FOR PARKING) ata to use v888/2 (if you are a parking Co if I am proved wrong , I will back down

PS google ANPR ltd ,,, trespass enforcement company ,

his plan "B" is coming into action

As HO87 alluded to, you have to remember Trev is on a planet all of his own making!

    Trev's web site is hilarious

    Under Instant benefits it lists
    • Fast and simple to start trespass enforcement and protection
    • 95% effective deterrent against land abuse
    • Low cost: yearly flat fee for full service, no hidden extras
    • We take all the responsibility (issue of notice of trespass, payments, court cases...)
    • No clamping - no more angry drivers. Not affected by any future

But should we be worried about that last bit?

Could this be offering the ultimate "retribution for land owners"?

I made a "typo" on my posting above , here is the edited version

they have not yet issued any court paper That we know of, fake or genuine yet since april the 1st , however we have had at least 2 cases of tickets on cars on this forum in recent weeks , one OP named himself!

uncle trev , has really mucked himself up ,

not allowed to use the CSA , and does not qualify for using V888/2 as he ids listed as a parking company , however he will just go after the gullible.

I DO intend to have the parasite removed from all car parks in Preston , and hope that with the correct paper trail , other users can convince there local car park owners of the problems they will encounter by allowing this idiot to manage there land.

the parking prankster has asked that anyone getting court papers should contact him , I agree and would also suggest that anyone that does receive (genuine) court papers should contact the DVLA to find out how he has received details ,

I feel the need to use my motor bike for a week , and need somewhere to park my car , I might be the first to report back!

well it seems that ANPR have issued papers for a default , this was before there demise from the BPA , but trev always says he uses V888/2 to bypass the BPA rules

I have suggested to the OP that he needs to contact the DVLA to confirm the method used ,

however an update from Preston counsil
