Thanks Guys Xx..... gutted when I found out especially as my mortgage savings will suffer but trying to be optimistic as one door closes and all that....
Will do a food check today, freezer well stocked...so £10 spend only on essentials this week....milk etc.
Also will be looking for sell-able for Teabay.
Oh £40 spend on store card electric saw for OH needed but annoying....
Time ticking better get DS out of bed first day at Uni ...I think I am more stressed than him...........

£60 paid into mortgage this morning ...£40 saved by keeping food shop to a minimum ..all next week meals planned from freezer. The other £20 I have managed to scrape together from missing my bingo night last Monday and a very frugal boring week.............
DS had a good day at Uni, meeting all the other students who all seemed quite nice seems to have taken the stress levels down.
Have been working in the garden all afternoon, Council seem to have done a disappearing act all last week ....
snuggled on sofa thinking time for nice little nap.:D

Been busy, busy last few days, garden nearing an end.... when the council lads leave around 2pm, Ive been sneaking out with my handsaw and cutters in hand and spending the afternoons hacking away more branches, anyway all garden rubbish piled into 4 ginormous piles and skip getting delivered early tomorrow morning.. thinking one skip might not be enough. 6 panels of fencing have fallen down....trees must have been holding them up Lol. I have reluctantly deducted £200 from my savings looks like we will now have to buy new fencing and posts, they are in a terrible state, wasn't visible before with all the over growth...........not complaining, I dread to think how much this would have cost me if I were to get a private company in. Not sure what to do with it now though looks soooo bare, bit like a football pitch with 4 giant mounds, might look better when tidy and new fence all .painted..........might even invest in a nice second hand garden shed on gummytree....I can lock OH in it when he starts getting up to his usual tricks  Lol

NSD yesterday....:D
OH still having problems with the what must be the worst job he has took on in his whole career, "worked out all the materials and manpower costs last night and now working at a loss":(Big mistake on our side and seriously under quoted"...............we will just have to motor on, chipping away at it. With the added pressure of my hours being cut at work I am hoping my mortgage savings don't suffer to badly as a result.
I need to cut our finances even closer to the bone, so going to try and have fencing repaired instead of forking out for new, "persuade OH to have a go hmm, he is more than capable " its mainly the top stats which have suffered the damage and I have some fencing paint and brushes in garage, so I could do that job.....hate having to pay for repairs when it could cost us half the price.
Also I have a voucher for M&S £40 thinking I could use this for next weeks shopping " we probably won't get half a trolley full, but all helps...
Have pair of boots to list on Teabay, hoping they will top atleast £20........
Oh well atleast my CC have reduced dramatically :T

Thanks Bobarella......getting slightly worried, I could cope with my mortgage savings coming to a stand still for a while but not prepared for it slipping backwards........................
Also just found out OH has missed almost 1,500 merchant invoices :eek: (have taken all cheque books, cards etc from him and giving him petrol and a little pocket money on a daily basis....Yep treating him like a child ).Really shouldn't have given back the responsibility, he is not capable of keeping on top of the financial side of the business and I knew that....this is not the first time this has happened, so annoyed with myself truth be told, cant understand how I missed it:o.
Good points are a very well paid job in the pipelineand OH has been on the wagon and getting up and out for work 7am every morning this week "might have something to do with him being in the dog house...oh and having no cash for the usual".......he seems sorry enough, but I need to smarten up and stop falling back into old mistakes, I will be sleeping with one eye open before long....it can be so draining
.
Anyway woke this morning and happy our garden skip hasn't been filled with an old mattress or kitchen sink etc ..........need to get those lads a nice pressy today they will be due to finish in a few days....something good to focus on0 -
So what does that mean? He hasn't been invoicing for jobs?" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

No Bobarella, it means he's not been keeping up payment of invoices to suppliers for materials we've needed to complete the work.................."basically he has been wasting the cash given by the customers for the materials instead of paying into the business account and I have a good idea exactly what on"..I've been trying to get my head around the approx amount but because we use quite a few merchants I just have no idea. I guessed at £1,500 but will have to ring them all Monday to get a definite amount owed......................feel like my head is about to blow off this morning. How could I be so stupid again?
Also work has cut my hours right down to only 10 a week...no overtime.
Meeting my DMama this morning that should cheer me up.........................so happy I have booked a week away at Xmas ....Cant wait.
Going to jump in the shower have a nice morning out and pull my mood back into shape............then sit and try and work out a plan of action this afternoon.0
