£40 made at cabooty this morning straight into mortgage pot it goes.:T
Just put my feet up after coming home to a house that looked like it had held a mad monkeys tea party, molly moo had not been fed or walked, daylight yet 3 lights left on and poor budgie still covered.
Mega Whinge out of the way and house a lot cleaner, time for my nap of the day, yawn ....well deserved I think ;)
All I ask, is when I wake ..Please none of OH antics tonight just a lovely, peaceful Sunday evening.:o

  • I hope you get the peaceful evening you desire.

I'd be fuming about the builder too and would be round there ranting about small claims court and dragging their name through the mud if he doesn't cough up Xx

Thankyou "Please" has been a difficult few days, your post made me smile as the thought of going round there ranting and raving, was exactly what I would have liked to have done, anyway anxious day ahead as OH has meeting with builder today, nervous about the whole outcome....fingers crossed.
Been a total roller coaster weekend, Ups were....Good news from Uni on Friday as regards to application, funding and extra year, then enjoyed day out with my DS Saturday, Sunday enjoyed carbooty with my beautiful D Mamma and Dsis :D. Downs.... OH problem as I expected went on total overdrive, his reasoning this weekend ,due to the stress of not being paid by greedy builder, which lead to his usual way of coping and that black cloud appearing then floating with him from room to room...........wont go into detail, but by Sunday all feeling of sympathy and tolerance went flying out of the window leaving me to consider if he was hanging from a cliff edge would I have just left him there...probably would lol. Anyway not going to dwell, I am incapable of changing past or present.... so I am just going to stop moaning, concentrate on my saving for our future and focus on the positives this week, need to get on with it........for now at least!!........Although must admit good moan helps mecope at times "sorry everyone "
Another good result massive £180 paid into mortgage from my overtime and DS has received his student finance payment ...so I have now been able to pay back his £270 loan :D

2 house cleans booked in for this afternoon so need to do food shop this morning, been so busy all last week fridge is beyond bare............only problem is DS bless him has offered to tag along and help with the bags, meaning much larger food bill I just know it :)
Very, Very Trying day yesterday cost us £130 when another engineer messed up a job for a customer, she had rang my OH for a repair and because he didn't have the time to do the work he passed the the job to another engineer, a freind he trusted was competent to carry out the work..............silly fool managed to make matters worse and customer had meltdown, this resulted in silly engineer walking off the job and leaving us to re-reimburse the lady £130 as she was threatening to give us damaging feedback on our online website, soul destroying when we both have been working so hard and another disaster stikes. Then when you think things couldn't really get any worse his mother  scary rang him, she was drunk and ranting ................So OH very depressed last night and who could blame him, today I am proud of OH as although he had such a shet day he kept himself sober.
Still weekend upon us so not holding my breath................:D

OOOh better get a move on
