Today ....day off so nice train journey to Metro centre, promised DS day out for Easter, so need to keep an eye on spendys

Lovely, fun day out yesterday, really enjoyed and needed it also managed to come home with £30 cash in purse, straight into the mortgage pot it goes................:T
Also yesterday OH had had a worrying day of doing not much....hung over I suspect, but cause for concern....been down that path in the past....as always time will tell!

Easter holidays hmm.... great for most, but I have to admit I can already feel that sinking dread feeling churning away at the pit of my stomach....yep OH off work for 4 days = excuse me for having another whinge but in my mind really just another excuse for having another good drink!! :eek::(:(
If it were not for my molly moo I would have booked a nice Easter break with DS and Dmama, but really dare not leave her in his incapable hands for 4 days.........:(
Back to the positives and should have atleast £500 next week to throw at my mortgage....DSis has promised to pay back another good chunk from the money I loaned her so smashing news....:T
All finances worked out to the nearest penny and house keeping plus DD covered with a lovely £70 left over so into the mortgage pot it went.
Decided to have a Carboot its planned for this Sunday with Dsis and Dmama weather permitting.....need to have massive sort out tomorrow..:):).
Well better get on with cooking my fish-pie for tea and Happy Easter all you Debt busters Enjoy :D

Really nice day out today, Kirkleatham museum and pub lunch at Redcar, then nice look around charity shops....
Finally sat down for the evening had a massive clear out, upstairs almost junk free:T . If things don’t sell they will go in the conservatory for the next carboot or to charity, I certainly will not be lugging the lot back upstairs for another 10 years.
Forgotten about clocks going forward hour this evening so less sleepy as up for 5am early start:)

Very proud of myself at the moment paid £1,000 off CC....:T:T:T:T took a lot of persuasion to get myself to pay such a large amount from my mortgage savings, but had to be done....very painful all the same :D
Had a great time at carboot this morning, good banter with the passing customers and loads sold, made almost £90 and not a penny spent....so another £20 to DS, £10 treat for oneself and the remaining ££ thrown at mortgage, so good day financially at-least.:D:D
OH has taken doggy out for walk and oh no it has started to chuck it down. Yep he has been very well behaved the last few days.... “"Oops meaning OH not the doggy, funny really how when said it is as though I was referring to a small child” over these Easter hols, seems to be trying once again, but I dare not take anything for granted....roll on Tuesday and full peace of mind....Strange how trust can be destroyed, broken, will it ever return....Sadly I think not
