I've caught her on a couple of things since the GE and been quite impressed until today. 44 SNP MP's following known Cybernats on social media does seem telling.

Its amazing how we are often told about the SNP MP's and which "cybernats" they follow and yet we dont know how many Labour or Tory MP's are doing the same, are people so deluded in thinking the abuse is one way ?

Atleast Nicoa Sturgeon plans on doing something about it, not seen others say the same, although K.Dugdale did unfollow a cybernat today as well, but she had been following the person longer than Nicola so .....

Interesting to note that Mr Swinney blames Westminster for the problem of falling oil revenue.

What I find more interesting is that the SNP have timed this very well. The above seems an attempt to deflect the news in a certain direction. Without the impact being fully understood.
"To have the latest Scottish government oil figures published 15 months after their last update, and on the last day before the summer recess, leads to suspicion that these figures aren't meant to be fully scrutinised by the Scottish Parliament."

Reminds me of the antics of a certain G. Brown.

I think she was hung out to dry. It felt a bit sacrificial.

This is the nature of politics I guess. People are mistrustful of someone who reinvents themself as much as Tasmina.

Viewers would respect her if she answered Andrews' questions directly and with a degree of honesty. The party hierarchy would have marked her cards though.

You are comparing the complexity of 28 sovereign countries trying to reach agreement on some fundamental issues with the machinations of the SNP! Now that is really being vainglorious. In any case, the discussion was about what the SNP's policies might be apart from Project Whinge. It becomes clearer by the day that they have no vision to offer except for their Indy obsession.

Don't you know SNP's policies by now ? There are a lot of similarities between what Cameron is trying to do now in the lead up to the EU referendum, and what went on before the Scottish one. Cameron is back tracking at an alarming rate on his pre-election promises. 'These things take time'. Well, yes they do.
    The SNP has achieved nothing
I'm surprised you could type that with a straight face to be honest.
and will not do so unless they cut out the posturing on silly and unacceptable amendments which are generated solely for Project Whinge purposes
No, the amendments were in their manifesto. And what people voted for. You're asking them to stop doing what people voted them in to do. That's never a good move for any political party.
Time has run out for the SNP's credibility, if ever they had any.
In your own opinion of course. :)
It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?

Scottish politicians of all colours need to get it in their heads that very few English people outside of the political elite give a stuff about the political machinations north of the border.
Yes, that's kind of the problem.
The Tories have simply tapped into a growing grass roots antipathy toward Scottish nationalism in England, get over it or persuade enough of your number to leave.
That's not a good recipe for a happy union is it really. The Scots are no keener on the Tories than the English are on the SNP. Cuts both ways. I'm not sure why you think that it's ok for the Scots to lie back and accept Tory policies any more than it is for the English to have SNP policies foisted on them.

Its a UK parliament. Not an English one.
No scoffing from me, I`d rather you just had confidence in your own opinion.
I think most would beg to differ over my confidence on my own opinions here when it comes to Scottish politics. I've never been exactly shy with them on these boards, and am quite happy with them. However, I learnt very quickly to back them up with some form of 'evidence'. Most especially when screeds of Daily Telegraph and other newspaper articles, endless graphs/meme's and 'visuals (<--- from Hamish mainly ) seem to be acceptable to 'prove' points. Am not sure why you think it's ok for people like Hamish to do so, but not myself ? Do explain ?
Any parochial parish council can spend a block grant. The challenge is as others have described, the Scottish people have mandated the SNP to do things differently, let`s see them do it.
Once again, you're forgetting the SNP has been in power in Scotland for years already. And look set for another term. Now you might see Holyrood as a parochial parish council.. Lots of Scots don't. As for Westminster.. it's only been a few weeks since May 7th ! Hold your horses a wee bit lol. :rotfl:
