    I would say Morecambe is worth a look. A former seaside retreat that's experienced its decline that now offers very cheap houses. Traffic to and from the M6 means this area isn't too accessible. However, they're currently building a link road between the M6 and Heysham which could easily transform the area and make it popular with commuters.

    Too many apartment blocks in the city centre. A lot half empty.
