Best? In terms of what? Property?
If so, London has generally seen a higher than average increase in property value.
that said, London gets more invested into it's area so I can understand that:wall:

I'm not talking about having to sell after 5 years, just somewhere that might offer a good head start.
Spoke to my mortgage adviser, looks like I could buy another 100k property after costs.
