the bevis case is for parking , not trespass , it you can stand it read http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=93337

I agree that Beavis is not for trespass but the comments by the CoA judges re disproportionate and punitive penalties would suggest that the sums demanded by these jokers are not proportionate.

Here is an interesting response from Ace Securities' Managing Director, and erstwhile Detective Inspector, Mr Michael Chapman to the consultation prior to the introduction of PoFA 2012.

Needless to say they were clampers-at-large and clearly not best pleased with the threat of losing their seat on the gravy train! Awww, bless!

Here is an extract from their web site

At £130, the Charge Notice is the same charge as for public streets. Our operative will place the Charge Notice in a removable wallet on the driver’s window of the offending vehicle, in order that any personal involvement between the offender and yourself is avoided. Drivers issued with a Charge Notice have the opportunity to pay a reduced fee of £65 if payment is made within 14 days. If the charge remains unpaid for longer than 28 days, the matter will be looked at closely. If necessary, details will be passed to our solicitors with a view to pursue the driver for damages for trespass or breach of contract.

I really don't see the point of being in an ATA if these lot are allowed access to the DVLA database.

Sites Proserve patrol have car parks and bloody big signs saying no parking. I will bet this mob do too. It makes a mockery of the requirement to be in an ATA.

correct , the laws that came in are being altered to suit themselves with total disregard to the bpa , if the bpa shout boo , they &iss off to the IPC

in the case of ACE and with what will happen with ANPR ltd in the next few mths , something urgent needs doing

the idea of the ata is that by abiding to there rules you were granted access to the KODOE agreement to get data

    look at this lot

    http://www.pessuk.com/page.php?id=22

the way I understand the "legal" rules

no ticket = anpr delivered in less than 14 days

ticket on car = delivered between day 29 and 56

this lot use PCS for there collections/back office and have "pess" book of popla code numbers

    link above

1: sneaky little $%^&*$ takes a photo of your car , then hides

2: seaky little %^&*(% then uploads photos to ?

3 PCS then send out a non conforming notice to owner after adding £20 on.

    summots not right here

they are abusing BPA and the BPA , but getting away with it
