Did you print a test page? Did it print OK? If it did, then it is not the printer. If you can successfully print from some programmes, then it is the other programme/utility that is to blame.

Try uninstalling the printer - reboot and let Windows reinstall
That has worked for me on my Epson SX405 in the past ...

Hi thx guys will check further..............will print a test page OK........still won't print an 'Amazon Return label'

Hi will uninstalling from 'Control Panel' be enough?

Hi at the moment to print my 'Amazon Return Label' I have to click on change in destination then within the box that pops up showing 'destinations for 'my GMail', click on add account then log back into my 'GMail account' Seems a long way round..........apart from uninstalling the software 'am stuck.

Hi thought might be useful for others....... Printing from within 'Chrome' was the problem because with 'Firefox' everything printed perfectly.
