Hi my 'Epson SX 400 Printer' as just started to print blank. No error msgs & enough ink? The paper just rolls through blank when I try to print?

Appreciate any help

Thx

You could have 2 possible issues here.

    The ink heads are blocked

The ink has patially dryed out.

Your printer may have come with a programme "toolbox" or similar where you can test/configure your printer settings. You might be able to "clean the ink heads" - I can do this on my HP but the Epson may be different.

That has solved my issue in the past.

Does it just push it straight through with no movement of the print head? If it does, it sounds like it is printing a blank page pointing to your programme. If the print head moves back and forth and there is nothing on the page, sounds like blocked jet(s). Try, in maintenance, to print a test page and/or carry out nozzle check.

2 times nozzle check may not be enough. Last time I had your problem the print started to appear faintly after about 6 checks then eventually returned to normal. This may not be the answer but might be worth a few more attempts.

Hi & thx....at the moment tried printing an email, a return label for Amazon which printed blank. Just tried printing from 'Note Pad' & 'WordPad' & it printed fine?

Hi when trying to print the 'Amazon Return Label' using the usual yellow button saying print 'Label & Instructions', all I receive is a blank page but when I just print from the drop down list it printed OK?
