MCOL?
(Thank you!)Just to reassure you a little this buch of half wits have never taken anyone to court let alone won.
This kind of practice got them kicked out of the BPA a fact they really wouldn't want mentioned in court. The fake court papers are usually their last try before giving up.
Thanks for that. I am reading his blog and website now.
My Mum is worried I will be taken to court - and suggesting I pay it... but seems like so many have had similar experience with ANPR. Reassures me somewhat, thanks.Re-starting comping and saving May 2016 :j:money:0 -
Reassures me somewhat, thanks.
Should reassure you totally.
MCOL = Money Claim On Line, where you would sue for (presumably Freddy is suggesting) harassment. But frankly, if you're worrying (totally unnecessarily) about what Trev might do to you, I don't think you're in a good place to be aggressively pursuing him through the courts.
My view - just ride out the storm, nothing is going to happen. Complaining to the BPA will go nowhere. Even if they instruct Trev to issue a POPLA code (highly unlikely), do you honestly think, that given his total animosity towards the BPA, he is going to give the instruction a second thought before binning it? He's not going to issue a code; he isn't going to want to have to provide an evidence pack to POPLA, and he sure ain't going to want to cough up £27!
End of story. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

In order to make a claim for trespass he would need to be one of two things. He needs to be either the landowner or a solicitor instructed by the landowner. Trespass means he is claiming damages. He has suffered no damage it isn't his land.
To represent someone in court you have to, as a general rule, be a solicitor. Trev isn't.0
