Hi,
I parked there on Sunday 1st Feb.
They definitely didn't have their ANPR parking signs up then - from what I can gather they (the new ones) appeared about a month ago.
On the back of the 'court' papers it does mention BPA, but yes you're right, they won't give me a popla code.Re-starting comping and saving May 2016 :j:money:0 -
but you SHOULD demand one
Got a letter back from ANPR saying it was too late for a popla code (apparently they can't give one after 28 days?)
cobblers!
contact the BPA and tell them of there antics
yes we all know that they have been kicked out HOWEVER at the time of the incident they were members!!!!
or just forget about the muppet , and chill out0 -
The parking fine says trespassing.
The court papers say trespassing.
But the statement of what the 'Kenneth Marland' intends to 'state' says: 'parked on yellow lines.
It was a loading and unloading area - where I parked to unload for a market stall.Re-starting comping and saving May 2016 :j:money:0 -

Thank you, I will.
Do you know if they've taken anyone to court before (and won?) I just get anxious about such letters. Sorry if it sounds stupid.Re-starting comping and saving May 2016 :j:money:0 -
The parking fine says trespassing. - invoice
The court papers say trespassing. fake papers
as a alternate suggestion , and to keep all your ducks in a row ,
complain to the BPA about lack of POPLa code , complain and re ask the muppet for a code, (which he will not give)
"if" and this is a big "if" he is stupid enough to try court (not his land) , you have gone out of your way with mediation , he has refused .
but there again the chances of attempting court are less than ,,,,,,,,0 -
and start preparing a letter to make a MCOL claim from him for , well the list is exhaustive , but fat will do for now ,0

Just to reassure you a little this buch of half wits have never taken anyone to court let alone won.
This kind of practice got them kicked out of the BPA a fact they really wouldn't want mentioned in court. The fake court papers are usually their last try before giving up.0 -
agreed:beer:
he relies on the gullibility of Mr Joe Bloggs ,0
