ANPR/CC Form/Expedion Help Please

Hi all.
Usually I'm just a reader of the forum, but feel I need to ask for some help.
I'm sorry if I'm going over what's already been discussed, but wanted to ask for some advice.
- Received a parking fine from ANPR in Accrington (loading area at the back of the market) on a Sunday. Where I was unloading for a market stall.
- The parking ticket was for 'trespassing on private land'
I ignored the letters as per advice on this foum.
After many letters and an increase in the fine, I wrote to ANPR - requesting a popla code, telling them I was not trespassing as it was not private land etc.
Got a letter back from ANPR saying it was too late for a popla code (apparently they can't give one after 28 days?) and I now had to pay my fine plus costs.
Forum searched ANRP again, and decided to ignore the letters.
Will also note that they have recently put up some 'Warning Private Land' notices, recently, all around the car park/loading areas.
Heard nothing, and then today, two weeks later I have recieved a letter from 'Expedion'
'Our client has instructed this firm to file your case and others in the Northampton County Court (Bulk Handling Centre). However, experience in these mattes leads us to prefer a more civil approach. This includes inviting you (the proposed defendant) to offer any lawful reason you may have, why we should not proceed.
I'm sure you have no wish to hear about deadlines or warnings as regards to bad credit reference etc, but I do implore you not to ignore this matter any longer. Having filed the case there will be no turning back. To date our costs are nominal, but should this matter proceed through court, my time spent plus expenses will become considerable.
The enclosed draft court papers are not designed to intimidate - we are merely giving you the opportunity to check the content and ensure all details are correct.
I would appreciate you giving me a call on ##### to discuss, before I submit this case which should be in around 14 days time.
And attached to this letter is a 'Claim Form (copy/draft)
with:
Original damages: £100
Administration of dvla application £40
Pre-litigation costs £35
total £175
A letter of what 'Kenneth Marland of ANPR' will say, a photo of my car (interesting you can't see the private land sign... because there were none at the time!) and a picture of what the sign looks like.. it's not even a photo of the sign, just a picture.
I am also now no longer the RK of this car (as of March)
I'm just unsure what to do next? Do I call expedion? Ignore the letters? Attempt to work out some payment agreement? I'm at a complete loss.
Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!

Go through the NEWBIES thread and read all the various threads relating to this company. Quite amusing!
Have an ANPR site near me so I keep an eye open but the experts here are very aware of all their tricks so follow them. DO NOT PHONE. All communications in writing!REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0 -
Here's one of the threads Northlakes means

You must have been looking at threads 2+ years old ... ignore hasn't been the advice here for at least that long.
Expedion are just debt collectors, and in fact they are actually the PPC company with another name. (Think of the Wonga solicitors letters scam where Wonga got fined ... Expedion fall into the same mould).
Continue to ignore ... they won't be issuing court papers.0 -
Thanks.
I thought people would say continue to ignore... but it's difficult when I'm getting letters like this with the fake court forms (if it wasn't for this forum I would have been really worried..as my Mum is - she thinks I should pay it)
They didn't give me a popla code, and I know the court letter is fake (no stamp, no seal, just copy)Re-starting comping and saving May 2016 :j:money:0 -

Point your Mum to that and tell her that Expedion are to ANPR what Chainey D'Amato & Shannon and Barker & Lowe Legal Recoveries were to Wonga.0 -
They can't issue you a POPLA code as they have been kicked out of the BPA, they are just village idiots that will lie and then threaten you with more lies.
This is dibby Kevs website blog http://www.anpr-ltd.com/news.php0 -
thay could if the incident occurred whilst members of the BPA, thats what they were paying for and forms a part of the contract between the vehicle owner or driver and the parking company
they wont wish to do so, but dont assume its not possible, because the prankster blogged about this a year ago
the latter part of the statement is correct though0 -
who is claiming for tresspass?
Our client (The next desk)APNR Ltd) has instructed this firm (Idiot) to file you're case (fill a form in)
and others in the Northampton county court (bulk handling centre). (On my computer).
However, experience (Stupidity) in these matters leads us to prefer a more civil approach.
This includes inviting you (the proposed defendant) (Mug) to offer any lawful reason you may have, why we should not proceed.
(Apart from we have not got the brains to do it).
To date our costs are nominal, (None) but should this matter proceed through court, my time spent plus expenses will not become considerable.

I would appreciate you giving us a call on 01646 629 066 to discuss,
before I submit this case which should be in around 14 days.(That would be the first then).0 -
