Having read those links, then read post #5 of the NEWBIES thread which tells you how to defend a claim. That's what the sticky threads are at the top of this forum for. DO NOT defend as driver. Defend as the keeper of the vehicle at the time stated, do NOT speculate on what happened or who parked.

Include as a fact in the defence that the Notices were not compliant with the POFA 2012 so there can be no keeper liability. Plus the usual arguments which you will find linked in the NEWBIES thread post #5.
