court letter from pcn help please

hi everyone i received a court letter from pcn i dont know what to do :(:(

amount claimed £1200.73
court fee £70
solicitor fee 0.00
total amount 1270.73

Particulars of Claim
The claim against the Defendant is for multiple breaches of contract in respect of 11 Parking Charge Notices issued to the vehicle xxxxxxxx notices were issued for parking without displaying a valid ticket or permit at the Plumptre Place, Nottingham between 03/10/2012 03/08/2014. The terms and conditions to which the Defendant agreed to be bound by using the car park were clearly displayed at the entrance and in prominent locations throughout the site. The Claimant has written to the Defendant seeking payment but the Defendant has failed to pay. Interest has been calculated separately for each PCN. The claimant claims interest under section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at the rate of 8% a year from 05/11/2012 to 12/05/2015 on 1,100.00 and also interest at the same rate up to the date of judgment or earlier payment at a daily rate of 0.24.

    name the claimant (parking company ?)

    name the region of the country the alleged problems occurred ? (I assume england ?)

    did the MCOL arrive from Northampton or Salford ?

    With 11 unpaid PCNs, it may prove difficult to a court that the driver didn't know what they were signing up to when they parked there every time. GPEOL should still win out, i.e. they are claiming too much, as long as you knock any Beavis argument on the head.

    just let you know as well this wasn't a pay and display parking it was a road that only permit holders were could park and i use to work at a night club and all the doormans and the staff use to park there and we all had a ticket most of the time but were just told to ignore by the guy who were putting the ticket on our cars (he was saying thats his job to put it but its a private car park so you dont have to pay and they cant force them to pay as they not losing any money) but now i got a court letter not sure about the other ones as i no longer work there

    why are you calling VCS , PCN , who are PCN . what do the initial's stand for


    is the letter from , VCS , PCN or Northampton court ?

    Did you recieve any NTKs (Notice To Keeper)? If so, why did you ignore them?
