ok, so you have an official court claim like I said in post #2 and similar to the link I provided to the newspaper

court claim info is in post #5 of the NEWBIES sticky thread, so you need to read it, login and say you will defend yourself to get an extra couple of weeks and start on your defence

this is official and needs dealing with

    VCS is the PPC

Northampton is the official bulk centre court for these court claims (for an MCOL)

    so start dealing with it

as for the acronym PCN, each one was a pcn so that is probably why the OP mentioned it but its not relevant , too late now, its a court claim and needs defending

for links to a redacted picture, use tinypic and put a dead link in your reply ( change http to hxxp)

so make sure any pics are redacted and dont have your info in them

Have you changed addresses at all? Is your vehicle registered a different address?
Have they done some research to get your current address?

all the doormans and the staff use to park there and we all had a ticket most of the time but were just told to ignore by the guy who were putting the ticket on our cars (he was saying thats his job to put it but its a private car park so you dont have to pay and they cant force them to pay as they not losing any money

In due course you should get Witness Statements (Statements of Truth) from as many of the people who were told this as possible, as this could be a major plank in your defence.

But whatever you do, you should not be getting anyone to fabricate this, then for them to sign a Statement of Truth. Major issue for them and possibly you. 'Statement of Truth'

none of this changes the fact that there is a live court claim from VCS via Northampton bulk centre

you need to acknowledge the claim online , and defend it

if you need help, try the legal services on parking cowboys website

Selling your car after the event(s) won't get you off any hook.

If you can't get hold of anyone, then that angle of attack is lost. We don't have any magic wand to make this disappear for you - other than giving you pragmatic, workable advice.

You need to try to get hold of them some way; just writing the advice off in one quick sentence, 15 minutes after it's given, won't get you anywhere with this. You need to make big efforts to deal with your situation - it may be difficult, but if you aren't prepared to put in that effort, I don't think you're going to get the successful outcome you're hoping for.
