Is anyone doing the value dog mixer trial? I applied for it but haven't heard whether I was accepted or not but when logging in today to fill in the shower gel survey the mixer is showing! It has to be completed by the 5th Nov but I've had no email saying it's on the way or any mixer for that matter! Has anyone received it? If not I'll wait a couple of days and then email them about it I think.0

I got an email a couple of days ago to say that I was accepted onto the trial and that my samples had been dispatched.
Why not phone or email them and ask about it??My second favorite household chore is ironing. My first being, hitting my head on the top bunk bed until I faint.-Erma Bombeck-~ Member of the MSE Celebdaq Minileague ~0 -
Ive got the air freshners to test (My first) but was wondering do I test them all first then go to the website or can I look at the questions before ive finished testing them.
Ive no idea what they want to know about them apart from the smell. Any advice would be welcome thanks.Quidco £196 - Voucher Codes £408 - GC Saved £603P.A.D. £[strike]4720[/strike] / £4330- Jan GC £375/Spent £283.78~~~~~~~~~~~0 -

You are only meant to reply to the emails they send you if you want to accept the trial. They probably didn't read your email properly and thought you signed up for it.
Next time they send you a trial you/your dog or other family member are not suitable for just ignore the email, only reply to the ones you want to participate in.
Have you tried calling them.? 0845 0260069 (9am - 4.45pm, Mon - Fri)

Well I've only just started on the panel and wanted to explain why I was declining the trial (and hopefully get offered dry dog food instead). I thought it was rude to just ignore and now know for next time, but bit late now methinks!
PS Anti-dandruff shampoo came today and had leaked in the bag!0 -
I received my shampoo today as well - just enough for a couple of washes each.
Great little bottles - will be washing them out (after the trial :rotfl: ) to keep for holidays - very useful!"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being"."Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that"."True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".:rotfl:0 -
