I had a trial this week for air freshener. 3 large tins came, woo hoo.
Had an email for trial of white loo roll, I've been accepted but have now had an email saying the trial has been delayed.
Does anyone know what happens if they try to deliver but you're not in?

if i'm not in the postie will try a neighbour and if that don't work he leaves a card for me to pick it up next day/arrange a redelivery

Since I joined in September, I have been accepted for All purpose lemon cleaner (arrived) and a Dracula halloween costume,(in post on it's way), and have been offered the Strong styling hair gel. (waiting to hear about that one)

Can anyone tell me if you have to send anything back to them? I did a survey once (can't remember who it was for now tho) and didn't realise i was supposed to be keeping dispensing cartidges of a products until 2 months into the trial and they asked for all of it to be sent back eeek.

no, you keep everything, you just have to do the surveys before the end date

Has anyone else been doing the pantyliners trial? I've just logged in to complete the first questionnaire which was due by the end of today and it's not appearing on my homepage. Anyone else had problems with this?

Yes I thought it was just me having problems with the pantyliner trials as I've not had any trials for a while. Have emailed them to let them know.
Don't how you all get so many trials- I've only had 4 and 2 were for animal food and I don't have any pets. The credit crunch hasn't hit me that hard yet that I have to resort to winalot

Okay, thanks for that - at least I know it's not just me. I've emailed them as well but I won't be in tomorrow and will be unable to access the internet until late evening so I hope they get it sorted before then.
